Effective Supervised Visitation Monitoring Training®

Notice of Information

Tuition fee: Payment-in-full MUST be received no later than Early Bird deadline to receive Discount Price. Payment payable in advance via Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle or Money Order.

“Personal Checks” NOT accepted. Company or Agency Checks acceptable forms of payment.

Attendance: Mandatory all participants arrive on time and remain throughout duration of training to receive required # of hours to practice in California. Record of Attendance will only represent total hours of attendance.” No Exceptions. MASKS OR FACE COVERNGS REQUIRED FOR ADMITTANCE.

Americans with Disabilities Act: In Compliance with Growth Motivator Enterprises, Inc. dba Supervised Child Visits, does not discriminate towards individuals with particular needs. Anyone requiring special accommodations due to a disability is requested to notify the Trainer in advance to confirm if arrangements can be made. (310) 874-1046  or tamara@supervisedchildvisits.com.

Payment confirmations: Sent via PayPal or Zelle at time of paid registration. Receipts sent directly to the email you provide.

Withdrawals or Refunds: No refunds will be given after registration is paid. Registration fee may be rolled over to next training class or upcoming training dates within a 90 day period. Attendee may transfer his/her registration to another individual within a 90 day period. A new registration form is required.

Training Cancellations: Training classes can be subject to cancellation up to one week prior to dates in cases of emergencies, natural disaster or COVID-19 Shelter at Home Orders..
